Surprise, AZ Mr. Marion Apolinar was located on 9/2/18 at 0700 hours. The Silver Alert is Cancelled.
(September 1, 2018) The Surprise Police are currently seeking the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Marion Apolinar, who was last seen in the 15200 block of north 135th Drive at around 3:30 pm this afternoon. According to caregivers, Mr. Apolinar has been diagnosed with mild dementia and is currently receiving treatment.
Mr. Apolinar is described as a 78 year-old Hispanic male, approximately 5’06” tall, 200 pounds, with gray hair, beard, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown in color polo shirt, jeans and a straw hat. Mr. Apolinar left his residence on foot.
